Those Pearly Whites have a lot to do with your health....

Take care of your teeth and gums.  The issues with your teeth can affect the rest of your body.  Gum disease is caused by harmful bacteria in the mouth which naturally builds up on the teeth and gums.  The sticky film of bacteria that builds up is called plaque.  If teeth aren't brushed and flossed regularly, plaque builds up on the teeth and gums.  This causes inflammation of the gums (gingivitis).  If left untreated, gingivitis can progress into peridontitis and pockets of infection.  This infection triggers the body's immune system to kick in.  The inflammation kicks into 'overdrive' and can have an effect on the heart, increase the risk of stroke and contribute to type 2 diabetes.  To stop this run away train, brush your teeth with a soft bristled brush twice a day making sure the brush contacts both the teeth and the gums.  Floss daily, eat fruits and vegetables that help remove food particles and sugars.  Lastly, if you smoke, quit.  Smoke can break down the enamel on the teeth and it causes bacteria to migrate to teeth.  Give those pearly whites the care they deserve.

An electronic cig offers us harmless smoking. We can easily maintain our health if we smoke e cigarettes instead of actual cigs. There is no alternative to e cigarette for safer smoking.
